Baltimore Sun: Anthem House holds grand opening
Anthem House, the 292-unit luxury apartment building in Locust Point, will hold its grand opening Tuesday. Tenants began moving into the $100 million project by the Bozzuto Group, Scott Plank's War Horse Cities and Solstice Partners in June. Located at 900 E. Fort Ave., Anthem House boasts a 360-degree view of the harbor, an acre of green space on its roof and some of the highest rents in the city. Rents start at $1,795 for a 540-square-foot studio, according to the property's website. Between 80 and 90 apartments have been rented out to date, according to Bozzuto. “It shows the exciting development and growth of Locust Point,” said Scott Plank, founder of War Horse Cities. Nearby, War Horse, Bozzuto and Solstice Partners are working on Anthem House II, a smaller apartment building with pared down amenities and lower rents. In April, War Horse and Bozzuto broke ground on a townhouse community, called Alta 47, also in Locust Point.
