Living on the Veg: Where to Find the Best Vegetarian Food in Baltimore
Everybody romaine calm; World Vegetarian Day is approaching!
Keep Calm and Carrot On
World Vegetarian Day falls on Friday, October 1st, 2021 — officially kicking off the month of October. The North American Vegetarian Society founded the holiday in 1977 to promote compassion, joy, love, and awareness. In 1978, the International Vegetarian Union also celebrated “World Vegetarian Day.” Beyond showing love to animals and life, these organizations wanted to raise awareness of the benefits of consuming vegetarian fare.
If you haven’t already, consider trying a vegetarian dish in Baltimore this October 1st.
